Dominick Caiati started this firm in 1996 after watching his own family build something remarkable and lose it because there was no strategy to protect or preserve it. That experience didn't just inspire a career. It defined a mission: to make sure the people we serve never face that same outcome.

Nearly three decades later, that mission still shapes every conversation we have and every recommendation we make. We are united by a single focus: helping retirees and pre-retirees in Fairfield and New Haven Counties live with financial confidence and clarity. This isn't a job for us.
