Ralphie Charles Caiati

I've been with Caiati Financial since January 2015, serving as Chief of Emotional Wellness (a title I take very seriously).

I was born on a small farm in Pennsylvania and moved to Connecticut when I was four months old. After completing my studies at Miss Lucy's School for Good Dogs, I discovered my true calling in self-care and workplace morale. These days, I manage the emotional wellness department, which mostly involves strategic nap placement and ensuring no one takes themselves too seriously.

My primary responsibilities include greeting clients, supervising lunch breaks, and maintaining a visible presence during stressful moments. I've found that most problems can be solved with the right amount of enthusiasm and a well-timed tail wag.

Outside of work, I enjoy long naps in the sun, quality belly rubs, and keeping a close eye on the mailman. That last one is less of a hobby and more of a calling. Someone has to make sure he knows he's being watched.
