I studied art history at Fordham University, which doesn't exactly scream "future in financial services." But nearly six years ago, I found my way to Caiati Financial Services as Vice President of Client Services, and it turns out the work suits me better than I expected.

I grew up in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and still live along the coast. Most of my time outside the office goes toward reading (I'm at the library constantly), sewing, embroidery, and spending time outdoors. A lot of my embroidery pulls from plants and animals, which gives me an excuse to learn more about both. I also bike along the Connecticut shoreline whenever I can.

At the firm, I handle client onboarding, coordinate events, and work directly with clients on day-to-day needs. What keeps me interested is how different everyone is. No two people approach their finances the same way, and that means no two conversations feel repetitive.

The best part of this job is hearing clients say they feel more confident about retirement after working with us. That shift from uncertain to secure is what the work is really about.
